answers1: Beauty is a reflection of health and of spiritual balance.
Healthy eating and exercise result in beautiful form, skin, hair,
nails, etc. While someone can be beautiful without healthy habits, it
is usually eroded quickly by poor habits because disippation tends to
show quickly. I remember a fashion photographer saying that he could
tell when he looked through the camera about his model's personal
habits because they showed so easily. Also, stress and worry cause
restriction of blood flow that shows up as troubled skin. Tranquility
is a wonderful beauty enhancer. And everyone looks better with a
smile on their face!
Beauty is defined as lovliness, grace; beautiful thing or person,

being. For example, a beautiful life is one lived in service unto
others. Actually, that's what beautiful living is all about. Enjoy.

Through my teen years, my idea was similar to the stereotype...
skinny, blonde, clear skin, etc... Quite often my instincts (Seeking
looks) and my mind (Seeking personality) conflicted.

...but in the last year or two (In University now), the tables have
turned for some reason. Now it's almost the personality that I
*VISUALLY* see in them. Models, movie stars, and so on, I don't find
that attractive any more. I recognize that they have looks, but it
doesn't do much for me.
You can read someone based on their looks. You won't always be right,
but you can still see some things. I guess that's what I'm looking
for now.
