( I am a graphic designer, so I great passion and love for art)Art to me is an expression of ones feeling in different form of medium other than using words. Imagine you have a blank piece of paper, it is up to you to put colors, shapes, lines and fonts (in my case) to communicate an emotion and balance of the values. Sook Hershkowitz: The reasons I like art is because I can create the illusion of 3 dimensions on a 2 dimensional surface (I mostly paint and draw). I can create form, tell a story, or express emotions on a flat piece of paper. I love the feel of pencils and brushes on paper and I enjoy the sights and sounds as I make art. To me it is like magic and over my lifetime (I'm 45) art has not lost its appeal. I have! been an artist basically my entire life and I love that there is always more to learn and an artist can keep improving forever....Show more
