Gold's Gym OR Planet Fitness?

Freddy Shutler: You have to go to the Gold's to find out the price. They don't post the price for 2 reasons. One is that Gold's Gym is a franchise so the owner is able to set the pricing system so not all gyms would have the same price. The second reason is that they want you to come in because you are more likely to buy a membership if you go in versus calling or looking it up online. Ask someone that goes to that specific gym. As for which one is better... Gyms are pretty standard. The one thing you should look for is the minimum age for members working out alone. If they are both 16, go with the one that has better pricing. They will have the same equipment. If you are into classes, pick the one that has the ones you want....Show more

Lolita Deschamp: my mom goes to planet fitness, she says that the huge muscleheads go to gold's gym, but the ppl more interested in toning go to planet fitness. IDK, i do insanity workout at my house, so i have no experience lol
