Shon Almquist: You should thaw it. It's already cooked you just have to steam it pretty much. To fry it of course you would season it flour it dip it in eggs(depends on how you fry food)
Jackson Esmiol: If you want battered up fried shrimp then you should use fresh raw shrimp for it. Cooked & Frozen shrimp isn't good for frying. Usually it's good for soups, salads, or a stir fry dish.A simple dish that doesn't require a lot of time cooking since it's already cooked it will end up rubbery when you have overdone shrimp.
Cristopher Gavalis: Since its already cooked, all you have to do it thaw it. You can run cool water on it or put it in the fridge. Once the ice is melted, you can eat it as is. Then, if you want, you can fry it.
Mee Blumenfeld: U have to thaw it out first lol
Luther Plagmann: Just run water over it to thaw, but I agree with the other user that you should not cook it twice or it will be disgusting. Shrimp is pretty delicate and cooks q! uickly - cooking it twice will make it tasteless and rubberyTo fry you need raw
Marylee Lucks: You have to thaw it out, true. But its already cooked so to cook it again (fry it) will make it taste like a rubber band. You can season them and heat them through but I wouldn't recommend extreme heat like frying.
