Need some hobbies!?

Ronny Nowzari: Flower garden, running, laughing

Amina Motzer: Origami, very inexpensive, as you can use paper lying around the house, and you can use the end results to add to your decor. You can make shadow boxes, art, placemats and napkin holders, mobiles, and jewellry with origami. You can try scrapbooking, start with before and afters of your house and your garden, and go from there. This will also give you incentive to unpack those boxes!I am a fan of knitting, and there is a large knitting community, so you will not stay lonely for long! While not free, it can be inexpensive, as there are yarns available discounted on-line, and in dollar stores, and discount stores like walmart, of course it can also be expensive, if you like!...Show more

Olen Penhallurick: reading...or jogging

Tracy Huesso: There are heaps of hobbies that you could start, but not too many I could think of were free.If you live out in the country now the only totally free thing is ! going for walks and/or collecting things you find out there like rocks and plants. You can go online to find out more about the things you collect. Also digital scrapbooking can be done for free providing you already have a suitable programme on your computer or can find one to download for free. Photography would be another thing if you already have a digital camera, now could be the ideal chance to learn to use it really well and there are always beautiful things outdoors to photograph what ever season it is. Alot of hobbies can be done very economically if you shop carefully (and it's fun to get the courier parcel if you shop on line!!! ) - such as knitting, scrapbooking and origami like have been suggested, also cross-stitching, crocheting, decoupage, flower arranging, reading (especially if your local town has a library) ............. it really depends what you are into....Show more
